1.⁠ ⁠Shipping Rates & Coverage

Canada-wide Free Shipping: Most orders qualify for free shipping within Canada.

Exceptions: Orders to rural or remote locations may incur additional charges. Rates are subject to review based on location.

2.⁠ ⁠Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipments may arrive in multiple packages depending on the items ordered.

Some deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

3.⁠ ⁠Address Requirements

No PO Boxes: A valid street address is required for all deliveries.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional costs may apply if a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

4.⁠ ⁠Returns & Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error by TCW Canada.

Shipping delays caused by carriers are not the responsibility of TCW Canada.

5.⁠ ⁠In-Store Pickup

The credit card used for the order must be presented at pickup.

A government-issued photo ID matching the order is required.
